Welcome. I’m so glad you’re here.

Life is hard.
Therapy can help.

In my practice, I welcome people from all walks of life and have had the privilege of working with a diverse clientele. I offer a compassionate demeanor, nonjudgmental attitude, and a safe environment for processing. Sometimes we need to take a “deep dive” into our history to figure out why things are the way they are. Other times, we need to learn coping skills to get through the day. Many times, we need both. I’m ready to meet you where you are, and will empower you to define your own goals for therapy.

Hi! I’m Emily.

One reason I became a therapist is that therapy has been so helpful for me. I know what it’s like to sit across from a therapist and feel vulnerable—and I know what it’s like to grow through the experience.

When I’m not being a therapist, I do fun stuff like my parent my kids, bake new things, run really far/really slow, and watch TV shows that most people have forgotten about (e.g. Survivor). I’m also into cats, comedy, and cold brew coffee.
